Medium Meatballs (cut in to half slice)3

Medium Onion (chopped)3

Grams Noodles (rice noodles)1
Small Spring onion (cut diagonal thin shape)1
Small Red chili (cut diagonal thin shape)
In a bowl mix meatballs with soya sauce and set aside for 10 minutes to marinate.
Heat the oil in a sauce pan, when oil is hot add meatballs in to the sauce pan and fry both side well about 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Then add onion and garlic in to the sauce pan and mix well all together, stir well.
Now add shrimp paste and mix well. Cook more about 10 minutes until meatballs are tender. Then remove from the heat.
Meanwhile heat the water in a large saucepan and bring to the boil . When water is hot add noodles in to the sauce pan and cook according to package directions.
When noodles cooked, put remaining water in to a bowl and set a side (for soup).
Now in a separate bowl put noodels, meatballs and remaining water mix well and enjoy. If you want add more soya light sauce to your taste.
Add spring onion & red chili slices as garnish just before you serve. Serve hot.
