Baby Bok Choy (Chinese Cabbage) Stir Fry With Oyster Sauce

"Bok Choy (Chinese cabbage) also called as Pok Choy. It doesn't matter how you call it, this green stir fry is absolutely delicious & crunchy. If you can't find Bok Choy, you can replace it with your favorite greens (if you want to use spinach, just fry it for 1 minute)."

Ingredients:

6 Medium Baby Bok Choy (chinese cabbage or your favourite green)
4 Clove Garlic (chopped)
1/2 Medium Red Onion (chopped)
1 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
2 Tablespoon Water
3 Tablespoon Oil (Sunflower or vegetable oil)
2 Teaspoon Light Soy Sauce

Directions:

Step 1
Heat oil in a medium size wok or sauce pan to medium heat for about 2 minutes. Then add baby bok choy & let fry/cook for 3 minutes, make sure you turning baby bok choy often.
Step 2
Then add chopped garlic & red onion to the mix and cook further 2 minutes. When garlic & onion sweat enough, add light soy sauce and cook for further 2 minutes by turning baby bok choy sides often.
Step 3
Add water & Oyster Sauce by mixing well with baby bok choy, let it cook for further 1 minute before you take the sauce pan out of the heat.
Step 4
Serve hot with steam rice.

    Nice, image look authentic Chinese & I bet taste too! I may suggest to add 1/2 teaspoon of brown or white sugar to give sweet tone, just before you finish cooking.
