Medium Pork Loin Chops (fat removed)2
Tablespoon Soya Sauce (light)4
Clove Garlic (finely chopped)1/2
Small Red Onion (finely chopped)10
Medium Parsley Leaves (finely chopped)1
Tablespoon Black Pepper (coarse)1/2
Teaspoon Salt (to taste)1
Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar (optional)
Put pork chops in to a large bowl or baking tray, then add Soya Sauce, Red Wine Vinegar (optional), salt, Black Pepper, Red Onion, Garlic, chopped parsley & mix all well together until combine. Set a side for 15 minutes.
Then lay pork chops on a medium heat grill for 12 minutes & make sure heat is controlled and continuous. Turn pork chops & grill further, for 8 minutes.
Once grilled enough take them out of the grill & set a side for 2 minutes before you serve with a salad. This grill also goes nicely with pepper sauce too.
