"Pork chops are meant to be grilled or BBQ, when it's into grilling pork chops can't be more tastier than this. Make sure you get at least 1/2 inch thick pork chops so it has enough to grill in outer layers crispier thus cooking center tender & juicier."

Grilled Pork Chops

Total Servings


  • 2 Medium Pork Loin Chops (fat removed)

    • 2 Tablespoon Soya Sauce (light)

      • 4 Clove Garlic (finely chopped)

        • 1/2 Small Red Onion (finely chopped)

          • 10 Medium Parsley Leaves (finely chopped)

            • 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper (coarse)

              • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt (to taste)

                • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar (optional)


Step 1
Put pork chops in to a large bowl or baking tray, then add Soya Sauce, Red Wine Vinegar (optional), salt, Black Pepper, Red Onion, Garlic, chopped parsley & mix all well together until combine. Set a side for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Then lay pork chops on a medium heat grill for 12 minutes & make sure heat is controlled and continuous. Turn pork chops & grill further, for 8 minutes.
Step 3
Once grilled enough take them out of the grill & set a side for 2 minutes before you serve with a salad. This grill also goes nicely with pepper sauce too.

    Brilliant recipe! tried with normal table vinegar instead of red wine vinegar & it’s taste wonderful. Fantastic with a cold beer….. John

    Wonderful recipe, it’s better with thick sliced chops rather than thin ones. Also try not to over grill, it’ll make chops bit though & less juicier.
