Grams Mince Meat (pork or beef)3
Tablespoon Olive oil 1

Grams Spaghetti 1
Teaspoon Paprika 2
Medium Green Chili (chopped)2
Tablespoon Parsley (chopped)2
Tablespoon Coriander (chopped)1/2
Medium Red Bell Pepper (cut into small squares)1/4

Teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1

In a bowl mix minced meat, salt and pepper all together. Set this a side & let it marinate about 15 minutes.
Heat up oil in a sauce pan, when oil is hot add 1/2 of chopped onion and 3/4 of garlic in to the pan and saute until onion and garlic are light brown on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Now add diced tomatoes in to the sauce pan and mix well all together. Stir occasionally and keep coking for about 8 minutes and add marinated mince meat in to the sauce pan and mix well. Cook for further 5 minutes,
Then add oregano in to sauce pan and stir well. Cover the sauce pan with lid and cook further for about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
When meat is cooked add remaining chopped onion & chopped garlic, chopped green chili, chopped coriander, red bell pepper and chopped parsley in to the pan and mix well. Cook for further 2 minutes.
Remove sauce pan from heat and serve with spaghetti. Ideally you can mix the meat sauce with spaghetti or you can serve unmixed. Make sure to serve along with grated Parmesan cheese & extra virgin olive oil.
In a medium sized boiling pot boil water for about 5 minutes. Add spaghetti in to the boiling water and cook it according to packet direction. When the spaghetti is cooked enough, drain the excess water and keep it side (if spaghetti is getting to stick to the bottom of the pan then add little bit of oil and stir).
