"It's an all season traditional Sri Lankan delicacy. Always use fresh & crunchy ladies fingers for authentic taste. Delicious & vegetarian friendly dish, which has medicinal & healthy benefits. Sri Lankans call this veg as Bandakka & the English word is Okra."
Directions:
Step 1
First wash the ladies fingers until it clean.
Step 2
Then cut the ladies fingers into small pieces (as you like).
Step 3
put the ladies fingers into the bowl.
Step 4
add crushed Chillies and salt .
Step 5
Mix well and set aside
Step 6
Heat oil in a sause pan and add the onions and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 7
Add the ladies fingers and cook for about 15 minutes.
Step 8
serve with steam rice.
