I made this cake today and it turned out amazing! I used all butter instead of shoretening. I topped it off with a simple cream cheese glaze infused with orange juice and orange zest. Deelish!

lovely easy recipe – thank you. i actually cut down the sugar to 120g and the cake was perfectly sweet.
